You can celebrate your dad for many years or find something new. There are lots of Father's Day events. You can spend the day in museums or enjoy a leisurely hike. There is something for everyone. Here are some of our favorite Father's Day events.

A day at the Long Island Museum, Stony Brook is a great option for a family-friendly Father's Day celebration. Fathers and children can get free admission at this museum. The museum has a great selection of exhibits, including one dedicated to Juneteenth, which marks the end of legal slavery in the United States.

Another great place to spend Father's Day is the San Antonio Zoo, where they are hosting a BBQ. Father's Day will see the BBQ open to all from 10:00 to 2:00. There will be smoked brisket and baked beans, plus maple old-fashioned. This event is free and admission includes the BBQ.




Willa's Provisions is a unique option for dinner. They'll be serving Sunday brunch specials as well as dinner specials. You can also buy gift cards and retail wine. Willa's Provisions also stocks olive oil, apple cider vinegar. If you're a dog dad, you can bring him along for free draft beer.


Willa's Provisions also maintains a retail store next to their restaurant. They sell coffee cups as well as olive oil and other goodies. They also offer gift cards that are ideal for dads, and they even sell them! A special Father's Day menu is available at the store.

Father's Day brunch at the Ringling Grillroom will be held as well. Brunchified side dishes and a BBQ spin will be offered at the brunch. Fathers will get a free glass wine. Harte Nissan & Infiniti sponsored this event. Free gift for the first 200 dads to attend. This event will also raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Silver Springs Athletic Association's Father's Day Car Show is another great event for dads. The car show features entertainment, drinks and food. It will also benefit youth softball leagues. The march of Dads will start at 11 AM. The walk and jog is also free. The race is organized according to age.




Richard's Father's Day Walk & Jog is a great event for all ages. Richard Gonzmart from Columbia hosts the event. Tickets can be purchased online for $30 This event is family-friendly and will feature mascots from professional teams.

Prospect Park hosts the March of Dads, a great event for fathers. Live music, raffles, free drinks, and more are all part of this event. It's also a great way for the whole family to spend Father's Day, and the first 200 dads in attendance will receive a free gift.
